Step 1

INGREDIENTS

The main ingredients to produce instant noodles as many of us have known, is flour. Currently, we have been utilizing this ingredients from reputable suppliers in Vietnam as well as importing from other countries.

Step 2

MIXING STAGE

We develop our products based on researching the flavors of traditional Vietnamese cuisines, finding and refining the sensational characteristics of many dishes from all three regions to make our products fulfilled with Vietnamese flavors

Step 3

DOUGHING STAGE

Doughing is the very first step in the process of creating the complete noodle shapes, which it is a familiar method we usually apply in daily life.

Step 4

ROLLER STAGE

Dough is formed into a long continuous sheets before processing.


STEAMING STAGE

Steaming is the step that the noodles then are cooked to an edible form by saturated steaming air in order to make the noodles well-cooked inside-out but still remain chewy and tasty.

FRYING STAGE

Frying is the final step of the procedure. The main task is to mold the noodles into shapes and dehydrate by flash frying in order to create differentiated flavors as well as increase the preservation time and convenience for use. After frying, the noodles will be cooling down for the next stage.


ADDING SEASONING STAGE

Adding spices onto each noodle package is one of the crucial steps to create a tasty and unresistant bowl of noodle. The seasoning package will decide mostly the flavors of one noodle bowl, in which our secret recipe lies in the 3 following spices. Ingredients including herbs, scallions, garlic, peppers, carrots, etc…will be carefully chosen from famous areas in Vietnam. We develop our products based on researching the flavors of traditional Vietnamese cuisines, finding and refining the sensational characteristics of many dishes from all three regions to make our products fulfilled with Vietnamese flavors.

PACKAGING STAGE

The final step is to put the noodles into packaging. After careful inspection for quality, the ,  noodles are sealed and wrapped in high quality protective plastic packages so as to preserve them better. We also fully provide information regarding ingredients, ratio rate, validation date and usage manual.

We invest in modern automatic machinery system imported from Germany, Japan, etc…that is capable to produce up to 1.2 billion production units, guarantee quality for both domestic and exporting markets.
